Hello, backlinks from free article submission sites have power?
    For example few websites:
    Examiner - PA:93, PR:8
    Technorati - PA:94, PR:7
    Thefreelibrary - PA: 86, PR:7
I asked this question, because these websites have a lot of articles and a lot of backlinks to other sites probably.

Any link will give you some power (as long as it's not a "bad" link as determined by Google). Wherever you can put up articles, do it! Just try to make the articles as good as possible.

Yeah, they're worth it. Just make sure it's quality content and limit the number of links you include.

You can create them as second tier links to be on a safer side
