backlinks and traffic for website fliping

I have quality content, nice looking design and not so bad domain name with keywords, but the problem is that i don't have a lot of backlinks in google, and low traffic.
What would you suggest i should do ? Should i sell websites with only content and design and domain or should i build backlinks and traffic ?

It depends on how fast you need cash, if you let your site age a little more and get some backlinks and traffic then you will see a bigger revenue at the end, but if you need a quick buck you can sell it now.

if you in a hurry.. buy some high PR backlink from dp, bhw, backlinks dot com, linkworth..
install some statistic software, drive traffic to your web ( you can buy that on dp forum for a cheap price ).. after that you can flip it easily.. just my 2 c

Thanks for ideas. How much can i get for a new web site with a health niche and GOOD 10 pages of content ? Can i sell it for around $60 ?
