Backlinks and Google Submit

This is what happened....




Well, my title just wants to catch your attention

I have only 2 questions that I really need answers to, please?

First question would be... how many backlinks per day is too much? Like if I were to make 20-30 backlinks per day constantly, will Google suspect or ban my site?

Second question... should I have many backlinks to a new website first then only submit my site to google search or should I submit my new site to google search first then make many backlinks?

First : you should not submit to google search at all; backlinks will do that for you

Second : instead of using a fake/stupid title to catch attention and get hated, you should spend 5-10 minutes to find all your answers into this forum;
