I got many sites ranked for a certain local business niche... they're ranked #1 in different towns. 10 of these sites are all on same shared server IP address, using different domain names... they are all exact match domains for the different cities.

I have not interlinked these sites.... the only backlinks are coming from Local biz directories....

MY QUESTION: I want to rank new same local biz niche sites that are in different states... Will it help/hurt me to give back links from my ranked sites over to new sites in the same niche being that their all on the same server IP address? Because that would give me like 10 back links from the same niche...

I'm getting paranoid that Big Goober will finally give me a big shit sandwich. What do u guys think?

If you already feel it's a bad idea, then why ask?

Besides, if you have 10 sites ranking #1 you should easily be able to drop some moolah on new, even shared, hosting for new sites.

I would not use your existing sites for backlinks to the new sites, by doing so you create a footprint.
