Backlink "Restricted from indexing" Still valuable?

    So I am running SEO Spyglass and have some backlinks that are actually from TLA, those pages are "restricted from indexing." I confirmed this, went to google and that specific page is not indexed, but other pages and sub pages are. The page has good data, PR 4, Good PA and DA. is it a worthy backlink? If it is not indexed by Google, will the backlink juice be passed on?

    Confused on this one!

    If a page is restricting from indexing i don't see the point in getting a link from it.

    unindexed links still provide juice and are taken into consideration by G when calculating your site's rank, just they don't provide that much value as the indexed ones. They are still good to have and your linking profile looks more natural and diversified
