    After many research done, lots of feedback from many people that really know what they are talking when the thing is On page SEO. Lots of services offer bulk links ( most of us know also how many are there too).
    But I would really like to hear opinions here regarding quality links.

    Known things are :

    Good page rank, serp ( I mean trafic too) , and also few outbound links.
    Domain authority counts too. So which do you think are the best kind of links you can get?

    hoping to get a good feedback here
    regards to all

    This is a good question. I think you have hit most of the factors but in my opinion the authority of the TLD is very important. I have rule which I have been following for the past 7 months now that I will only drop my links on pages where the TLD is a PR 4 or above regardless of the PR of the actual page I place the link on. I also ensure that pages are not spammed to death and contain around 50 or less OBL's. I think this provides a couple of benefits when pumping out lots of links using various automation tools;

    1. The chances are if the TLD has a good level of PR in G's eyes the site has some respect

    2. The page containing the link carries more link juice as result of the low OBL's

    An additional benefit of this technique I have seen in recent updates is that the page containing my link which was initially a PR 0 (or n/a) starts to acrue PR as a result of the high TLD PR.

    I have seen excellent serp movements using this technique and with certain automation tools it can be achieved quite easily. Another aspect I pay attention to more so now than ever is relevance. Whereever I can, I will always start a link building project with relevance and only deviate for high PR do f0llow links.

    I have achieved the above successes using both follow and no f0llow linking - the day I decided to stop bothering too much about these tags (subject to the above) and simply applied my above rules I started to see results.

    Thanks for you opinion, I agree that follow or nofollow is the same, just link popularity matters.
    My point is really: which kind of website provides the best link . I have an opinion already made and tested empirically. Results speak by themsevels.
