Backlink on almost empty website

Do you think one page website with 100-200 words would be enough to pass link juice?
I've got quite a few unused free "domains" (co.cc/cz.cc/cx.cc etc) and I would like to build a few micro-websites (short text and a link) but I wonder if G doesn't consider them too small to pass link value...
Would 5-10 page websites be better (necessary)?

Defenitley 5-10 page websites would be better. You wouldn't get very good rankings if the sites were horrible. You should have some value to them. I would advise you defenitley put your blog on a domain if not done so and to emmediatley promote it with large sites with the backlinks.

But I wonder as addition if minisites like than would pass any link juice

I would even say more than 10 pages with quality content would be better so that you will get more link juice

In my opinion, it will be very difficult for you to get PR for the one page website in order to pass it on.

In my opinion try to create more then 100 - 200 words, make 2 - 3 pages whit unique content, That will help the backlinks

Create a 5-10 pages mini site. Optimise the content for some longger tailed keywords. May be get a few backlinks for these. Am sure it would be worth the effort linking these to your main blog.

but i don't think google will count your link as "good" link if you use it in the same hosting IP. I have over 50 website but my SEO is not good compare to others
