I have a question which might sound a bit... stupid, but it is about my money site so I dont care to ask stupid questions: I want to build some contextual backlinks. For some reason I dont want them to be obvious for the reader. That means they will not have another colour or be underlined or italic or anything like that. The anchor text will just look as the rest of the text. Unless the reader moves his mouse over the link or looks in the source code he will not see it. My questions: Are those backlinks less powerful? For example I read that if you use white font on white ground (invisible) then google sees that and does not like it. This was a SEO technique for keyword stuffing 70 years ago. Would it be similar with those backlinks?
