How can I avoid Backlinks of the texts, anyone send me through? I think back links are sometimes harmful! is it so?

Many time they can just be ignored honestly.

You can contact website owners and have them removed.

You an use disavow tool.

It's part of search console. You might know it as webmaster tools.
