Hi guys, so as I said in title I'am back to IM after a long break, I was more into Youtube in the past but now I feel like trying SEO again.
So after reading a bit I thought about a plan to rank, tell me what do you think and if I'am missing something pls let me know.

Well my plan is basic - Tiers link building.
Money Site <- Purchase some web 2.0's <- some good T2 service <- spamming with GSA?

Going for mostly low and maybe med comp niches.
    Thanks!

Welcome back! :) In my experience and probably according to many other marketers today, high PR links are most effective type of links. Also, for low/moderate competition keywords they usually work pretty fast.

Rnaking is now impossible without tons of money to invest in pbns or paid blog networks.

Ya I heard about PBN's, but should we use them as T1 or T2?

PBNs provide great links, so using them as tier 2 would be the worst way to leverage their link juice. Therefore, use them as tier 1 links, and don't spam them. You should spam only web 2.0 links.

Seems like a pretty good plan, maybe you can mix some Guest Posts/PBN links for tier 1.

Well I thought about purchasing some web 2.0's as T1 but not linking them to my site yet, and then getting some PBN as T2 and let those web 2.0's gets stronger and then to link them, or maybe it is too much hassle for low comp niches?
