Hello, so i have a AWS made in UK. the thing is, in the beginning when creating a instance its ok. after a while it slows down alot. i can barley loggin now...what causes this?? how to fix..

you might check with their support, as the backend nodes might be getting over loaded with so many instances on it, or there can be some other network issue, best would be to contact their support along with ping rate or screenshots.

I am not sure what level of support they offer - it's one of the downsides of AWS in my opinion.

Is the behaviour described with any instance that you spin up or it happens with one server? Maybe you can try choosing a different location or just spin up a new instance.

Yes, as once you choose a different location, surely instance or VPS will be build on a new node, which might not be getting overloaded and you face no speed or performance issues on it.

What plan or instance type are you using?

A guess without much info, is that you have a free plan which uses the cheaper instances that begin with "t" in their name. Those are burstable in CPU up to a specific amount, then are capped or limited after its used. Of course, this is how they get you to upgrade to a larger instance and pay more $$$.
