Hi. Some months ago I found out that if you sign up for a free AWS EC2 account, you can actually create paid instances and they`ll let you run them for 3 months for free before they suspend your account.

The problem is that now, when I created a new account and used the same CC [the only one I have] they took 1 dollar from my balance but DID NOT verify my EC2 account. Instead they sent an email that basically said

Unfortunately, we are unable to validate important details about your Amazon Web Services (AWS) account. Your AWS account has
been placed on hold pending additional verification. At this time, we urgently need your support to confirm your address information.

I have sent them an email but it`s been 11 days and my ticket is not even assigned to someone, at the status it still says unassigned.

It won`t work anymore because they "blacklisted" my CC since I owe them thousands of dollars? is there a VCC that accepts PayPal transfers? I have 3 dollars on my PayPal account and I could transfer 1 to my VCC to verify a new EC2 account.

Would that work? Do you have any different solutions?
    Thanks!
