US-east mostly, other regions are not worked on yet due to limitation on smaller credits, I try my best not to touch the initial $10K credits and only using the Proof-of-Concept credits.

Since my recent batch of accounts come equipped with legit documents specifically prepared to tackle the issue of account on hold / suspension, customers must follow a new procedure to claim for a refund or a replacement.

All sorts of things can trigger an AWS account verification, there's no doubt about it, and the unfortunate situation can leave a disappointment in customer experience.

1. On hold verification period can be as fast as a few days and as long as 3-4 weeks as observed on several test accounts.
2. Customer is required to submit the documents and reply the verification email as soon as possible.
3. The result of the on hold verification will determine the status of your refund or replacement.

If the issue comes from the account information or validity of payment information, I will be gladly to provide a free replacement for you.

If the issue comes from outside influence such as the account is detected to be similar to a previously closed account, suspicious activities, anything that is unrelated to account or payment validity; no refund or a replacement can be given.

If the issue is unresolved and still awaiting for a response from AWS then the case would be pending until a response is received.

I, of course, in unique circumstance can make an exception regarding the situation. Please do not hesitate to test our quality accounts.

For transparency, we have tested about 20 on hold AWS accounts, 16 accounts came back to us after we sent the documents and reinstated within average of 2 weeks, with 3,5 weeks to be the longest to wait.

It is an account, if you want to use your own account you can set consolidated billing so your own account can use credits on this credits account.
