    Hey Guys

So I am starting with my CPA campaign. On my site I am using the smart links as I feel it looks much more cleaner and legit than a content/link locker to the end user.

But there is one little problem with Smart Links. There is no postback URL on conversion. I talked to my manager there and he said that there is no postback URL for smart links. Which means the end-user will have no idea when it will convert and end up being there on the advertiser's site forever.

So what should I do in such a case? I want the user back on the site once it has converted.

Plus I got 9 clicks yesterday and none of them converted :/ (using Smart links)

    So what now?

If there is no postback data that gets sent back then there is no way for your site to know whether an offer has been completed or not.

The only alternative would be to do what most oldschool content locking scripts are doing, i.e. trigger action on a timer, assuming that the offer will be completed within X minutes/seconds in average.

    That would backfire probably.

This smart link thing is really good actually. Only problem is with the postback URL. I wish AWM can implement that on conversion. That will be a massive boost!

I think I might use link locker in this case.

You should try link locker, I've been using link locker and ONLY link locker. Nothing else.

I am aware of the link locker. But my question is can it's template be really customized?

The template can be customized up to a certain degree. Don't expect anything crazy though.

I want to make it somewhat relevant to my site design. Their pre-made templates don't come any close to my site design.

Try contacting their supporting and asking if they would make a custom one for you for a price, or something.

Just got a response from them. Unfortunately, they cannot allow custom theme on link lockers for now :/

    FML!
