Aweber Setup Needed - Pimp me for $20

Anyone familiar with aweber setup and running new campaigns? I really don't feel like learning it today but need to get it setup asap.

I will pay $20 for someone to do this for me and explain to me how to do it myself. No content as far as emails is needed on aweber, just autoresponder rules and list-building rules.
