    Hi all,

This morning, I received an email from Aweber:
    "Hello,
It has been brought to our attention that the domain globaltestmarket.com
is being promoted in the content of your messages.
Due to past spam issues with these domains, we cannot support
associated businesses, as such your account has been closed.
I apologize for any inconvenience and if you have any questions,
    please let us know.

Globaltestmarket is one of CPA campaign I take from MaxBounty network. I had no idea they are not allowed by Aweber. In their ToS, they didn't list any forbidden domain. How can I know which domain is not allowed in my email. Do I need to ask them if the domain I'm going to promote is allowed each time I start one message sending to my list? I sent email to them appealing about my case but they still refused to reactivate my account. I have been building a double opted-in list of nearly 20k over the year and now I lost all my subscribers:(

What should I do now? This year is going to be a bad year for me. My adsense acc was disabled last month and today my Aweber acc :(

Hmmm... how about contacting her back with what you said here? That's where I would start. Hopefully she'd read it over and open your account back up.

I wouldn't even want to deal with a company that would shut me down like that without any notice. This seems to be the new norm these days, soon these companies will realise they only exist because of their customerbase, they do truely need a wakeup call.

Either way, i'd give them a (wakeup)call and explain the entire situation, there is also no way on earth you lost all those subscribers, i would get acces to them back no matter what.

Don't go emailing and all, you know how that goes, find their contact number and get on the phone asap.

Here are what I wrote to them:

"Hello Lindsay,I'm very surprised to receive your email and know that my account was closed.
I had no idea that the domain globaltestmarket.com was forbidden in the marketing campaigns of Aweber's customers. I just take the links from my CPA networks: MaxBounty and Convert2media and then put them in my newsletters sent to my subscribers.
If I had received a list of domains that have spam issues before from you company, I would have never used any of them in my newsletters.
I suppose it is unfair if you close my account for the issue that I don't know. I didn't intentionally violated your Terms of services.
Please reactivate my account and I will remove all the messages that may include the domain globaltestmarket.com. I'm really sorry about this issue.
    Thank you for your help
    Best regards,
    James"

And here are what they replied to me:

    "
    Hello,
I apologize, but we will not be able to work with your account moving
forward. The message content and sites promoted in your account
would place us at a great risk for spam complaints and would negatively
affect our deliverability. The account cannot be reactivated.

They are a terrible company when they closed their customer's account without any warning and notices. IMers should not use services of this big ass company. You can lose all yours subscribers(that is money) one day they want to take your database.

What should I do now to get my subscriber database back?:(
    Thanks.

Don't be a pussy and call them, this is complete bullshit anyway from their side.
And explain it properly, that it's just a link from a cpa network, i mean damn what the hell is wrong with that company, at least i know to never touch aweber.

I'd go ahead and call them as Dutch said... but I think you've already got their answer...

But... I would then show them exactly how good of a marketer you are and SPREAD THIS NEWS FAR AND WIDE. Let people know how they screwed you with zero notice!
