Avatar not changing?

I've updated my avatar but while it looks right on my profile, everywhere else it is still the old one? Even when I make new posts, the old avatar is appearing?

I've tried checking the forum in a different browser so it's not a caching issue.

Your file size is to big or your its greater than 100x100 pixles....if the file size is to big make it a gif

Nope, image is an 85 x 100 gif, 4kb?

It shows up on my profile, just not anywhere else?

Are you sure you are editing your avatar and not your profile picture?
