I'm helping my mum sell these :

Stevia -

1) Home-grown by an Aunty who lives in a residential village area in Malaysia, non-smoking environment.
2) No pesticide / preservatives / fungicide / hormone, etc..
3) Sun-dried...naturally

Available size we currently have : 1kg and 100gm

It comes as is, nothing fancy, colorful packaging. As I said grown in a village by an Aunty. But if you like something all-natural, this is for you.

Stevia - 1kg & 100g.jpg
So what is STEVIA good for?
In a nutshell : 300x as sweet as sugar, so it only takes a small amount to produce the same sweetness * the leaf to contain proteins, fiber, carbohydrates, iron, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, zinc, rutin (a flavonoid), true vitamin A, Vitamin C and an oil which contains 53 other constituents * aid to people with diabetes and hypoglycemia * inhibits the growth and reproduction of some bacteria and other infectious organisms that cause tooth decay and gum disease * aid in weight loss and weight management because it contains no calories and reduces one's craving for sweets and fatty foods......for more info ---> your best friend - Google Search.

Stevia -up close 3.jpg The white bright spot is flash reflection on the sealed bag.

Item will be send from Malaysia as it is where it's grown. If you're interested you can PM me.

Thanks.

So how are you supposed to use it? Grind those leaves into powder and then put in your food?

You can grind them if you want...but I just use a few leaves and dump it into the whole pot . Just like normal tea. My whole family drink it , and to suit to taste, if u find it too sweet add some water in your cup to dilute it, if you like it honey-like sweetness then don't dilute it. BUT be careful, it does lower blood sugar and aid in weight loss...so don't overdo it.
One of my relative has sever diabetes (near leg-amputation state) and drank it religiously (too religiously - several potent cups a day!) , after two weeks she went for another check-up, her diabetes is normal, legs recovering but also blood sugar a bit lower than normal people! So it does help as long as you don't over do it.

Being a type2 diabetic myself, I'm familiar with the pro's and con's of stevia (actually more Pro's and VERY LITTLE Con's) for us type2's.

Unfortunately, here in Holland, it's illegal to use stevia orally (ie. tea, chewing, etc), because they make a lot of claims that it's very dangerous to use it until further testing has been done (they've been testing it now for a few year's with no negative results).

Having said the above, how can we get your stevia over here to Holland and not get busted? But before we go any further on this, what type of pricing are we looking at, what is the shelf-life (I've just read that some stevia leaves have a shelf-life of only 25 day's, while other's a shelf-life of 18 month's).

If you think we can get around this bullshit rule's about stevia here in Holland, then contact me and maybe we can go further on this.

all,

PMed replied. Thanks.

Madrebel PM replied as well. If the price specs accomodating to you..we'll figure a way out to this.
A :beer:to GOOD HEALTH...

The funny thing is, in Malaysia marijuana, ganja (basically weeds) = death penalty and stevia is a government-sanctify herb for health....but in Holland it's the other way round...:boggled:
