When opening the website my first impression was - WOW, this really looks like a genuine authority site.
The theme looks very premium and expensive with custom made logo. The authority site came with royalty-free images in the header and in the featured article slider on the homepage. There are also 2 relevant videos in the sidebar.

When I received the site there were 10 perfectly written articles. I've read two of the articles and they were quite informational and interesting.
The website also came with About, Blog, Contact and Privacy Policy pages.

The authority site is setup to be monetized with amazon, clickbank and adsense, you just have to paste in your ad codes and links. There is no doubt that you will get accepted by adsense with this authority site.

All in all this is a great service if you want to receive a fully ready authority site, with minimal work like adding your affiliate links and further content posting.

Are you going to post on the thread any earnings proof to back up your claims this time ?

These are pretty expensive niche sites unless they are making the money you claim.

I am not claiming any actual earnings for my service. The service is for a custom authority niche website being built and designed for the buyer.

You can look at Society Girl's review that the earnings is just potential and it depends on the buyer to promote the site after the site is delivered.

I am still a little confused however. After reading and re-reading your sales page there are numerous references to five and six figure earnings. The first pitch at the top of your page says; Discover how to earn $5000 to $10000 a month on autopilot.

You then say you have the latest technology thats been honed by years of replicating this successful model.

If you are making no claims of actual earnings you should have made this clearer. Everyone and thing of course has unlimited potential but thats hardly a tangible thing to sell.

I was given a review copy of One authority site by OP

I must say the first glance at the website really makes you a great impression of the site. It is clean and really professional and in my experience the theme seems to be having a higher CTR for the ads.

Site can be easily monetized by placing ad codes from Adsense, Amazon and Clickbank.

The content was OK. There were around 10 Unique articles which is around 300-400 words per. And also the privacy policy, contact us and about us pages were there.

There is some earning potential indeed. However it will take some time and effort by the buyer to drain traffic from SEs and generate some revenue.

This is One of the best authority site BSTs I have come across here at BHW.

It looks like blog that it should. Nice theme, nice colors, nice logo and nice images. There is plenty of information there. Articles are very targeted with some articles that talk generally about the topic which I think is really nice to fill up the site and have more than only one thing to talk about. Tested the articles, they all pass copyscape. Some are longer, some are shorter. Site is already monetized with ads to amazon and clickbank products on a good place on the site.

I read the replies above. Yes, you will need to make a way to make money with it. Either you drive traffic from social or something else or you decide to rank the articles on search engines. It can be done. The site is made for you, you have to worry about the monetization part.

I feel it's necessary to expose this publically, especially because of the $400 price tag per site. I received a review copy and here has been my conclusion/comparison... let me cut straight to the point: It seems that the OP is simply ripping sites (see below).

Here is a site I found to be quite similar...



I went to the site he provided me and it looked pretty good. Then I selected an article at random and tested it with copyscape. It came up with a hit. I went to that site and realized that he pretty much ripped the site and spun the content. There doesn't seem to be much "unique" about the site he gave me.

I bought a site from this seller around 2 months ago, gave a small review back then because seller incisted on it.

Also said that I would give a more detailed review later on, but i couldn't anymore because his thread got closed.

Bought same service (1 site) as he provides here. Got a decent looking site, with 10 x 250word articles.(expected this to be a bit more, as i paid 397$)

He told me that he would provide the keywords too, got a batch from 5, 1 high comp kw with 8000ms,

few other kws with none to 100ms.... (didn't check the comp anymore...)

After i gave some complaints about the kws he gave me a new batch, got the same shit again, a few kws with zero monthly searches...
Told him that i was very dissapointed in him...(he didn't respond on this)
So I had to buy a new batch... from another seller here...

Anyway, after the site was finished he asked me if I was interested in an SEO package for 400$ "to speed things up", declined his offer, didn't trust him anymore.

A few weeks later (his BST was just closed by mod) I received an email from OP, offerd me a Super Phase 4 Advanced SEO package, for nothing less then 597,00GBP...

So, for 397$, i got a website, with a bunch of small articles, 20-30$ header design (probably bought here in BHW), some royalty free images, and last but not least, the amazing kws...

Should also mention that OP told me that the website will make around 200$ a month, but if i wanted to make 5k a month (on autopilot?) i needed to buy 10 sites....

I would've loved it even more if the site's load speeds were a little faster and other than that,everything's good to go.
Good service and if you do buy a site,you're in good hands. Not too sure about the review copies others received.

seems a real mixed bag here and with no earnings being proven it is very hard to justify the cost as far as i can see
