automation software needed

I need an automation that runs under windows environment that will create emails and perform account registration with phone number verification
( at the moment for a specific site )
- the automation needs to be fully automated
-must be able to verify the emails created .
- must be able to register with the email created on a specific site , passing mail and phone verification then must handle api service from a provisional number provider
- must manage proxies automatically changed the proxy for each session , then must have access to the api services of a residency proxy provider .
Needless to say he must use a simulation system of various agents .
If the price is honest and not crazy , there will be a chance to upgrade the code by entering other sites that have the same registration procedure ( proxy and phone verification ) .

you basically want 2 bots
1 email creator
and 1 random site creator using the emails created with the first bot.

You're better off buying emails in bulk or buying a public email creator bot (you won't find many out there and there's a reason for it) and just work on the second custom bot.
