Automation Software - HELP!

I am looking for a CHEAP or FREE forum automation program that will post to forums.

I hear all about the $500 ones but i dont need all extras...I am looking for one that i can load up my own usernames and PW and my own URLs....

Any tips...also...i am sure others would like to know too so please post your links or progam names here so we all know...Thanks in advance
