    Why don't you try AutoitV3

    http://www.autoitscript.com/site/autoit/downloads/

It says "AutoIt has been designed to work on Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008/2008 R2, Windows 7, Windows 8. With no annoying runtime libraries required!"

I used a lot of Autoitv3 back in the day, haven't touched it in over a year since now am doing python, but I used it a lot and never had any problems running an exe.
