Automating Tweet comments

Does anyone know a website, tool, or AI that can automate tweet comments? I want to comment on every post from a few accounts. So when they publish anything I will comment. It doesn't need to be done instantly, the scraping can be done every few hours.

I was using Twitter API but it became more difficult after Elon Musk took over.

Lots of automation went sideways after the API thingy.

So if you want one account then it's to use single accounts API and for mass it's to do that one by one no way around it if you don't want to pay for the API
