Correct but it helps makeup the overall picture
All links start out the same a URL + anchor text you just build out/back from that
And I agree dropping a few lines of text with a URL and anchor text alone will not hack it in a lot of directories you need to give them a boost for best results

but you still have to type captcha.
imho, better to outsource the job. it's take too much time and will hurt your eyes.

digixmas doesnt do the job..need to buy credits all the time and problem on that too.

tropheaum: what was percentage increase of hits on your niche sites when you started uploading to directories?? also was it the 535 usd worth it to invest in it?

PS. tried website submitter from submit suite and omfg is that the most piece of bs software ever. it's nowhere near the level that digixmas is at.

It is better to go for a manual submission rather than doing it automatically.
you can do it easily for a few bucks. It is the better way.

Nobidy doing manual submussion for less than $50 per 1000.Make imacos script and use
decaptcha to type in captchas.This is automated.Also it is $8 for 100o directories with captchas ~ mean 1300 at all.

Newb question: how does submitting your home page to all these directories help with ranking your sub pages for niche marketing? Or does it?

Helps because every page linked from home page get some link juice.Say you have 6 categories linked from homepage. If homepage have pr4 these pages will have pr3.
