Automated Ping Sites

Can anybody recommend any automated ping type sites??

I've a problem with one of my hosts, not transmitting pings correctly, so those blogs aren't getting any decent exposure, so I'd like to set something upto keep the pings flowing till the problem is sorted.

Thanks guys, are there still any around that check the feed every say 30min then send the pings as required?
