Automated Phone Verification API?

Hi

I have an application that creates accounts on top websites. The website requires you to verify account via a valid phone number by punching in a 4-digit number on the phone.

Is there any API that can automate this process? I am willing to pay for such a solution I just need it to be automated and not manual..
