I've got it down quite nicely.

    3 problems:

    1) Can't automate cron jobs. Must manually fetch feeds 2x a day.
    2) With full feeds you sometimes get "related posts", digg this, etc on the bottom of their posts. Is there anyway I can edit the code to put a stop to this?
    3) Youtube videos do not display when a feed is fetched, would be helpful if it came with the original post.

first off with the cron job you need to make sure the cron job is setup correctly. I would turn on logging with wp-o-matic and see if it is even trying to run the cron if you indeed have it setup correctly. What does your cron job look like?

Secondly, as far as editing the item content from the feed you may be able to use the regex feature but if that doesnt work then you will have to edit the code to basically alter $content in the main wpomatic.php file.

Third, I dont think wpomatic will pull enclosed media by default. That will also have to be a code change. Youtube does embed its videos in the feed but its up to the rss parser to pull it out.

For some reason, I have just setup another new blog and images are being hotlinked. Anyone know why this is happening? I have the options setup to cache the images but they are hotlinking.

You could also just use WPs built in cron functionality... is much easier and works fine.
