I am starting a thread for people to post their success stories on because I have been seeing a lot of people asking and posting the same questions so hopefully this thread will seek to answer a lot of people's questions about autoblogging from the responses this thread gets.

Personally, I have started 3 autoblogs so far and I am using BlogSense but my blogs are still very new(only about 3 weeks old).. I havn't seen much traffic on them nor have they gained any revenue but I am still confident that with time my blogs will start to make money, I just have to remain dedicated lol.

My goal is to make at least 200 blogs by the end of next year and I think that goal is very achievable.

But as for my fellow autobloggers that have had their sites up for a while and are gaining money everyday from them, I would like to call upon you all to post a little bit of your successes without going into too much detail like talking about your niche and all that.. This thread will hopefully just serve as a confidence booster to all the people just getting into autoblogging so we don't get discouraged and quit.

So what'll it be my friends? :p Tell us your stories here:

    Happy autoblogging:usa:

Great Post! I also started my first Autoblog using Autoblogger, 3 weeks ago, very minimal traffic and no income yet but I am still just in the testing phase. My goal is too build a few hundred as well over the next 6 months. Looking forward to seeing this thread develop :)

Good idea, I'm sure we will have a number of success stories here, but the sad thing IMO is the majority fail and don't achieve that "autoblogging dream" ..

Ok let me briefly tell my story with autoblogs, my oldest autoblogs are over 4 years, generating some good revenue in complete autopilot, never had a blog deindexed, or had any problems with adsense or any thing else (except some few situations), some people say dup content is bad, autoblogs are dead, risky.. blah blah, and that's bullshit, they should take a look at my monthly checks over years, sometimes my autoblogs even outrank the source content. So yes you can make some great, steady, easy, automatic and long term revenue from autoblogs, as long as you're doing it the right way .. .

back in the days when autoblog concept started, well first that was like magic, you make an autoblog today, setup and let it update with some rss feed news, and the very next day your blog will start getting 100 UV from G without you doing any big promotion, yeah big G was such an idiot with ABs, but now things changed a lot, and got a bit harder, you need to play it differently, without finding good niches, targeting low competitive keywords and generating tons of back links your autoblog will go no where.

And one thing you should consider if you want your autoblogs to last and do good IMO, don't cheat google and visitors, make autoblogs that really give some good information to the visitor even if it's dup content who cares, as long as it is what your targeted traffic is looking for, how can you expect someone to come to your autoblog, face an ugly and noob made website and read your crappy auto-rewritten content like "I was there but holidays back tomorrow bad ouch dead never mind end.." lol, and click your ads or buy products from your links ? Spend some time first making things looks good, make it legit and you'll not regret it later .

Don't get me wrong, getting success with autoblogs is not some thing hard but in the same time it's not as easy as it sounds, just make sure you follow the rules, learn how to do things right, be creative, and once you understand how to play the game, you'll love it, is there any thing in the world better than a money making machine working for you ?

Good job for you guys with success stories and the best luck for all the newcomers to autoblog world .

So basically your saying that you should stay away from spun articles and make it a good design? Currently I am using pipes to convert my feeds into full articles with a link to the original source so according to you I should be safe?

For the ones getting started in this like me, this is some really valuable information for your autoblogs so we should thank him for that.. As for the niches, well, lets try and put our heads together.. What is a big issue right now that gets a lot of people's attention. I can think of 1 specific and 2 general off the bat.

2 general niches= "job hunting" and the "green movement"
1 specific topic= "tiger woods" lol

What do you guys think? Oh and great post by the way that was very useful to this part of the forum

*Idea Edit*- I was thinking we could make a team together and talk about autoblogging in something like ventrilo where we have a microphone and immediate resopnse time so we could work together and motivate eachother along the way. Pm me if any of you are interested :)

I started this autoblog on Dec. 1st and the traffic continues to rise. It's actually my first serious autoblog. I'm using WP Robot that I got from BHW. And, I've tweaked the blog with adsense ads both at top and bottom of articles and youtube vidoes that it auto writes. Then, I do a few more things and zap - massive traffic.

The key is to automate as much of it as you can. Autoblogging isn't perfect and you run the risk of hurting yourself if you're not watching what your autoblog is doing. By that, I mean manage your autoblog. Spend some time on it, like making it look good and presentable and determine before you ever start what your goal is for that specific autoblog.

Some of us are IM marketers ourselves and we may want one blog for an opt-in only type deal. And another blog for higher paying adsense keywords, etc. (or several of these hehe).

If you work on your plan and actually think about how you need to achieve your goal, you can do it. I'll give you a hint - social networking rocks with autoblogs ;-)

Because you're basically building your brand and a "community" which is what affiliate marketing is turning into anyways - community building and Brand awareness. We're all going to see some major changes this next year and it's not going to be email based anymore.

Actually, since this is my first blog do any more experienced autobloggers have any ideas on how to capitalize off of this sort of traffic? Share away. Thanks.

I'm running a few autoblogs in one particular niche with okay results.

All are running autoblogged plugin, all pulling content from blogspot blogs onto self-hosted wordpress blogs and all rely on G image search for 2/3 to 3/4 of the traffic.

Combined, they are doing about 1000-1500 visits per day and earning $3-$5 per day. No promotion, no maintenance, just running along making a very small amount.

They also earn a bit from pay-per-download, since I give away some of the images neatly packed into single files for easy grabbing, and a bit from CPA gateways which front those image links.

No, it's not much money to earn, but it's a zero effort proposition so I'm not complaining.
