Auto DM influencers tool

Looking for a tool that can:

* Find influencers based on keyword that have DM open
* Automatically DM them (simple message, or even better, templated message)
* Won't get my account banned

Any suggestions?

twitterdub does the first 2 points. not getting banned, well that depends on account quality, proxy, how spammy the content is etc
