Auto Comment Rater?

Hi, I am looking for a program that will login to YT accounts, go to a video page and thumbs up or postivitely rate comments by a particular username.

If anyone can help me with this, I don't mind sharing a few tricks for YT with whoever can help me out here.

I try not to ask for things to much on here but this I would really like to know about.

P.S. Whatever happened to the user "Youtube"on here? Used to see him alot around here but hes dissapeared.
