Hi guys. I recently started my authority site and was wondering. For my main keyword, after I have done on page seo and everything, do I include my MAIN KEYWORD in each post I make atleast once?

Yeah you'll want some density of that keyword through out each post. You'll want to vary it (but still similar) or create longer tailed variation of it as well where possible.

I would say no, you want to diversify your anchor text links or you'll end up being hit by Google Penguin. Do some keyword research and find as many keywords as you can around your main keyword.

This is not necessary to use your main keyword in each and every post.
Instead, use synonyms, semantically related words and phrases, and thus Google will be able to recognize your topic and keywords using latent semantic indexing.

I highly recommend only using your main keyword in each post.
