auctiva problem

I'm trying to setup auctiva to list auctions. Any time I go through auctiva to generate an ebay token, after signing in to ebay, ebay tells me that they need to call me for a verification since they can't determine which computer I'm trying to sign in from.

I've already done this once when I was signing up for a seller account.

I can login to ebay and setup listings, etc.. and they don't ask for the verification unless I sign in through auctiva.


Has anybody else had this problem? Is there any way around this?

Yes that is true, for auctiva you need phone verification.

yea, Auctiva needs it also.
