    First oprah and Dr. oz, and now a Illinois Attorney General. If this continue to grow and others follow their lead, a shit storm is going to hit the "acai berry marketers" hard.

    I can see going after the company itself. But the affiliate? pffft.....that's like holding Toy-r-us responsible for the crooked Tyco exec's legal issues.

    yep I agree but its kinda because the affiliate himself also had some Oprah stuff on his ads and/or landing pages I think.
    So he kinda joined the scam.

    But common there is nothing wrong with further charging them as long as it states that on the fine print.
