Attention YouTube pros: I want to make a legit white-hat channel and have a question.

So as the title says, I want to make a legit white-hat channel on YouTube. I have a few black hat methods making me a nice income and in my downtime I want to make a YouTube channel for fun. Something that I will enjoy and break up the monotony of IM.

I was thinking of making a "show" and do the whole green screen thing to make it like a Talk Soup/Tosh.0 type of thing. Now here is my question: If I "host" it like that where I am the "anchorman" can I use other viral videos and pictures from around the net and still follow the TOS of YouTube partner/AdSense?

Obviously, even though it is just for fun, I am an Im'er and still want to monetize it! Thanks in advance!

I have seen a lot of other BIG YT channels that they showcase other people viral videos...
The question is: Did they asked the original owner to use their video??? I don't know...
But IMHO if you give credits to the original owner and put a link to the original videos it will not be any problem...

Thanks! Sounds easy peezy. What about if I were to show images....say I do a live Google image search and look at pics in the vid. How would I go about "giving credit" in that situation?

I am not sure about this situation. Images are a little more complicated then videos, and mostly they are shared all around the web without any credit, so for images from Google is very difficult to find the real owner to credit.

Hey, with images theres no problem. Actually theres a famous youtube channel in youtube where the guy googles things and often googles pictures live.
