Almost all major CPA networks have these now. A lot of them even have a dropdown option that says "email submit" etc. If that doesn't work just type in "email submit" in the cpa network's offer search box and that's it.

yea i know most networks have cpa email submits, but i'm looking for 1 page only not the ones that most networks carry which are 2 page email submit or even some carry upto 5 pages for a email submit to count

i do know that alot of networks don't carry specific 1 page submit, which pays per email submit most have pathways that goto a 2nd page with more info to be filled in

regardless thanks for the information that you 2 provided me,

If anyone else knows more about this please voice your 2 cents

    Thanks in advance

90% of e-mail submits pay on the 1st page submit even if the rest doesn't get filled out. Usually it will say something like "pays after 2nd page" etc if this is not the case.

Read the terms for each one. Most of the time you get paid for the submit even if they close it and do nothing on the second page. For some offers it will say "offer pays after 2nd page" etc. Most of the time if its labeled an e-mail submit then you can expect to be paid when the e-mail is inserted on the first page.

Normally email submits pay on the second page, and zip submits pay on the third. If an offer pays after the third page it will mention it in the terms.

What email submits are you working with ? I use 4-6 networks and all of the email submits convert on the first page however page 2 completion is crucial as that is the test for true traffic for most affiliates.

yes payout is less around 1.2 to 1.6. I know an affiliate network easily approve as it is new to the market.

dude most e-mail submits pay on the first page, but 2nd or 3rd is where the advertiser makes the money so if you never push anyone past that (iframing just first page submit and field?) you'll get dropped. I think I've only ever worked with 1 offer that paid on 2nd page.

I have never personally seen something called an "email submit" that requires more than the email...

do you personally run email offers?

i never been with a affiliate network that didn't have e-mail offers and right now i can name atleast 10 affiliate networks that do have 2nd page to 5th page submits, but then again i have been in the 'affiliate marketing' since 2004 and been pushing email submits since 2004

When you do find the true 1 page e-mail submit you are looking for, and yes there are many networks that offer them, note that if nobody fills out the second page the end merchant is going to know and you will either be pulled from the offer, or worse, removed from the network with no pay.
