    1- What does your agency do?
    2- What is your role as a leader?
    3- Why did you want to become the leader of this organization?

    5- What is the biggest challenge for you as a leader?

    7- Is conflict a problem in your organization? How do you address it?
    8- Have you ever had to fire anyone? Was it difficult?

    1- What does your agency do? A: SEO, SEM, SMO, ORM and other non marketing related services.
    2- What is your role as a leader? A: to supervize, to distribute tasks and to take responsibility when shit goes south.
    3- Why did you want to become the leader of this organization? A: they pinned me down and threatened me to take the position.
    4- What is your leadership style? A: Strict but fair.
    5- What is the biggest challenge for you as a leader? A: to train interns.
    6- What are your views on empowerment? A: I own the world so, yeah.
    7- Is conflict a problem in your organization? How do you address it? A: Mostly between sales and technic (sales want to sell and the techies get to deal with the outrageous promises the sales made :) )
    8- Have you ever had to fire anyone? Was it difficult? A: you just say it, politely but straight to the point, no metaphors, if they're professional, they'll shut up and deal with it. If not, call security, never hit anyone.
    9- How do you train people for leadership? A: you can't train a person for leadership, they either are or aren't.
    10- Do you encourage your people to work in teams? A: yep. best way to be productive is to share the workload.
    11- What is your greatest strength as the leader? A: seeing the big picture.
    12-What advice can you give me as I think about being a leader? A: If you can't deal with the stress and if people can walk all over you, forget it. If something goes wrong, it falls 100% on you.
