ok so i bought there software some time ago.. i installed it 4 days ago and tried registering it with the key they provided me but its saying its already exceeded the maximum number of activations.. I tried calling them but it was late night so obviously they dint pick up and i cant complain about it. I've been trying to get them on chat for the last 4 days today finally i able to catch the guy name denis on chat.. He was super rude from start and when i explained the issue he ask for the activation key and then said it been activated on a different pc yesterday. I told its not possible denis please check it out he said it is possible and its been activated yesterday, i am not lying.. the guy was really pissed off and the way he writing "no" "i aint lying" and other sentences are very very unprofessional.. anyways i keep arguing with that bit** for almost 25 minutes on chat, after that i started calling the number and nobody's picking up.. i messaged the guy on chat pick up the damm phone i want to talk to you. he dint reply for 10 minutes and i constantly calling him again and again after that when i ask him for the physcical address and that i gonna do something about it then he finally pick up the phone because he was scared and know what he been doing with me. he talked to me for about 90minutes keep arguing that its not his fault it been activated i can not do anything, we trace each and everything and you can not activate in on different pcs and think we not gonna do anything. he just keep saying it again and again and then hang up. after 10 minutes he come on chat saying "my bad, can you email your complaint at [email protected]" this was the most horrible customer service i ever experience in my life. reason why i am sharing this here is because he pissed me off and i just wanna do this for my whole life and let everybody know how bad atompark customer service could be..\ anyways the issue's still not solved i'll update it here whatever reply i get from them. thanks for reading.
