Just wondering :)? I feel much to old at 21 still living here even though my situation prevents me from moving out (I can pay for myself).

I was kind of forced out at 18 [the week I graduated]

I wanted to live at home and save some money, but did not work out that way.

let me just say it --- no matter what you think, you are better off staying at home for as long as you possibly can. if you're all gung ho for your freedom remember that it comes with a huge price tag. if i had it all to do over again i'd live with my parents until i was 30..... oh well, i know you punks won't listen to me anyway, lol.

Moved out at 18 to join the military. That was a good career choice for me at the time.

I'm 17 and live at home. Going to move out summer 2010. Move to a new city. It's just too boring at home.

I moved out of my mom's house at 18...I couldn't wait till my birthday came. Now, I kind of wish I'd stayed a little bit longer. Then again, if given the chance to do it all over, I'd probably leave again.

I was 14, no joke. I went to stay at friends and when I tried to go back home they locked the doors and told me to F off.

My parents made me an offer...If I stayed home and didnt piss my money away on rent they would match dollar for dollar all that I saved by not renting! I owned a condo at age 23. Thanks Mom and POP!
