Astra Demo Sites Not Importing - Please help - willing to pay

Hi guys,

I've installed Astra free theme on my website and tried to import one of the demo's and it's not working at all.

I then paid a guy on fiver to install a premium version to see if that was the issue and that's not working either.

Support said to increase PHP limit so Ive done all that and still no luck.

Has anyone ever experienced this previously and if so how did you solve?

I've also tried different themes and disabling themes, removing cloudflare and none of it is making any difference.

Also willing to pay someone who can fix it as I need it on two sites, will pay afterwards and per site for both our security.

Increase the php limit. Where do you host your website?

Sometimes you need to reset everything or try that on a new Wordpress installation it works perfectly then backup that site and upload it to your required one.
If that's a brand new site you will have a "
WP Reset
" reset and try it works for sure.

It's hosted with godaddy, I'm on their business plan as I host about 5 websites - never had any issues before. I've increased php limit and still having issues.
