Astores... im baffled

I know im going to sound like a total noob for this...

but im completely baffled by amazon astore instructions. I want to put astore on my domain, but these instructions don't make any sense to me.

1.Select Integrate your aStore using a frameset in the above form to view sample frameset code with you store's URL already placed into one of the frames.
2.Create a new frameset page using the code sample provided above or any custom frameset that better fits the structure of your Web site.
3.Place your site's navigation in one of the frames and your aStore URL in another frame.
4.Add a "Store" link to your site's main navigation and link it to the new frameset you just created.

can somebody guide me through this and how it relates to cpanel?

If you are not familiar with making sites the best way to figure this out is go to ebay (they sell alot of A stores there) find one, right click the site and view source. Now you can see exactly how they set up there A store. Copy the code and paste it into your web software (ie dreamweaver etc) and make the changes you need to make it your own. Change out all of the affiliate links on the page and add your own custom banner.

To be honest I havent had much luck with a stores (especially the 24hr amazon cookie) but you might have better luck than me. Most a stores are put inside either a table or frames depending on how they are set up.
