Assume I found a very high EMS keyword w/ no competition. Where do I find investors?

So hypothetically, let's say I found a very high EMS keyword that has little competition.

Is there anywhere I could go to find an investor into this?

EDIT: Bad wording. No competition is actually little competition.

High volume and no competition don't go together my friend, unless you call 1500 a high volume.
 
If there was no competition, why would you need investors? All you would need is a domain name and a Fiverr gig to rank it.

1. Still learning to navigate the website. Is there a better place for this question?
2. Content, Backlinks, code optimization, website design, etc.
3. No. I found one that has 50,000 EMS whose competition is an unoptimized labor of love hobby site with a PR of 4.

I don't think you will find anybody to invest unless you have a proven track record of ranking sites.

It might be worth starting a JV and seeing if anybody is willing to provide SEO/Design/Content for you, for a share of the site/revenue.
If you are not putting any money into this then whoever responds may request a better percentage of the return.

Thanks for the advice. Just to make it clear, I am not propositioning for investors in the public domain because that would be illegal. I am just researching.
