My question is:

If I open different AC account and I signup as a USA citizen but I use an european IP different for every signup and login, there will be any problems ?

AC just check for IP to be different? or they also check that IP must be from USA ?

Others questions:
Do they pay to unverified Paypal European accounts even if I register as a US citizen on AC?
And obovsly my AC account name and Paypal account name doesn't match

ac doesn't monitor ips yet.

That's a pretty good news, I can use USA PROXY but it will go slower, so if european IP is not problem I will use my real connection.

And even if you signup on AC and choose USA but you are european, will them pay without problems on European Paypal Country ?

yes they will.they dont know if your paypal is US or not.and for getting upfront payment u have to sign up as US

I think best thing is to add email on your REAL paypal account with valid info, and use these email on each AC account you signup, right?

Why someone should open many Paypal accounts with false info and when they receive the money transfer these to the real account? I don't find any benefit doing that, opinions ?

Just another question: once I submit the guide to AC, how much time required for them to approve or reject it ?

There should not be any problems with paypal and ip.. I have them both as european.. no problems after using it over a year.. I don't know about multiple accounts.

approved or rejected sometimes they approved/rejected mine in like 4 hours.. but usually like 5 days +

Except to wait 7 days after article submission to be paid. Sometimes it's quicker and sometimes it's not.

You can sign up for AC as an US citizen and let all your info, IP and PayPal be European.

For AC a US citizen doesn't have to live in the US.

As far as AC goes you can be a US citizen living abroad for whatever reason, the military, working for a US company, etc.

AC do check IP address! If you have been following the big AC thread, you would have seen several people who got banned... saying they received email from AC telling them their ip was none-US. This wasn't the season that caused them to get banned though. But if you constantly run into different problems such as sending them duplicate content or sending very large submission to one account, you'll give them a reason to screen your account and your ip address.

who says that IP can be european...who says that can be a problem...

As with everything BH, use it wisely.

Stick to a couple of articles a day (not 30 or 40 or even more).

Stick to the same niches (look like a pro on a couple of subjects, not some kind of walking encyclopedia)

Don't get greedy (you can't make a fortune on AC alone, use it as one of your sources of income)

how many email address can I add on Paypal account?

I see that I can add an email, and then delete it, most important thing is to not delete primary email, anyway I can add and delete FOREVER? and there is a maximum times?

I'm from Singapore and I just got my first set of upfront payments from AC. They don't really look at anything else.. Hell, even my paypal's a NON-US Verified Account

Oh and, I didn't use a proxy.

Well, if you intend to create serveral new AC accounts..then it is better to use PROXY...

yOU don't have to use Proxy. Just signup as USA citizens, upload your article (again, you don't have to use proxy to submit it)... Bammm... got the money

If you have one account with AC, no proxy is necessary. But for multiple accounts, it's important to use proxy. Because if you don't... eventually your account will be flogged, especially if your are sending large amount of submission each day to each account.

There are various anonymity methods but when it's about receiving money you should know what you do

b) check my sig, it's a proxy checker. If you want to hide your IP don't make the common "beginners fault" to use a web-proxy. It's not hiding your IP
