Asking for review copies when they are not offered - not cool

I thought there was a simple rule that you cannot ask for a review copy unless it is offered. I have read a LOT of BST's today with a TON of members asking for review copies even when the OP has said numerous times that they are either not offered or been taken. It clutters up the sales thread and to be honest, pisses me off as it shows no respect.

If this is an infraction, can you please take action as it is not fair on the members who have paid for their service to be listed.

When we see them or they get reported we do indeed take action as this line in the approval post is quite clear:

Review Copies: Per the marketplace rules, if a seller does not offer trials or review copies, please do not request them in the sales thread, otherwise your post will be removed and further action may be taken.

Report them and let the staff issue warnings. Nothing has changed.
 
Whilst this is correct, please ensure you don't report threads where the user HAS offered review copies.
We believe we have solved for this issue in MP 2.0 where we have a dedicated function around review copies where they will be directly offered to those that qualify based on the merchants pre-existing criteria.

Asked - Review copy requests are annoying where they are not offered.
Answered - Report those that you see where the OP isn't offering them. We solve for this in 2.0
