Asking for advice on selling an item!!

Hello and good day everyone!
I have a product that I was selling well on eBay but for eBay, it is always headaches
the product is digital and in programming nich it is JetBrains Student Licenses 12 months accounts!
I know it is against JetBrains Tos to resell students licenses but sometimes people with no students access sometimes just hobbyists want to activate the IDEs to enjoy programming
I was making a good living out of it though I was selling for dirt cheap only 6$ bucks!
so I created a shop on an account on a free website called shoppy, but wondered how to promote it and reach people that are interested in it. 70% of my customers on eBay were Russians and Israelis.
I hope you guys advice; if someone had maybe similar experience.

paid traffic, i recommend FB ads

though of that but should I do a landing page where I explain the item and the link to the store or should I just redirect them directly to the item?
never done paid traffic before !

If you post a direct URL on Facebook, it will look like spammy
I suggest you should make a landing page for all of your offers

You could also embed a related video of something cool to improve conversion.
