just submit it to them via fax or most have the option to fill online.
also, most serious cpa networks require you to submit one.
its not dangerous unless you are doing bigtime fraud.

its nothing to be afraid of. You have to complete it if you doing business with a US company and you are out of US yourself, I believe it is to cover the US company's back for tax purposes. If you don't complete it and they have no US residency record of you either and they pay you, it will look like the network is into money laundering as there will be no real trace of who the money is paid to. Hope this helps.

that W-8 tax form is to prevent the tax man from taxing your CPA network payment to you because as you are located overseas, you are not subjected to the US tax if you submit the form.

Yep, has no effect on you. It's just for our tax purposes.
And it only asks you for information that you already gave us when you applied ;)

    in my experience,
    W-8 doesnt really matter,
i, for example, sent out few W-8 forms to some sites and no matter waht they accepted it
i know for the fact that the forms were no where close for completion =P

I have submitted now to 3 networks without a problem.

I have cashed payments from all 3.

Just a legal procedure for a US business making businesses with a non USA resident.

Not a problem, just send the form to them and cash your earnings! :cow_yello
