I have a question
How if I create mass blog with mass content with very2 much hyperlink that target to website to promote,..
Google will ban my mass blog only or
google will ban my mass blog and the target website?

If... Maybe if..
Google ban both, we can drop our enemy pagerank... :D:D
Mmmm... silly idea :p

And.. second question
Are there any influence for pagerank if we use subdomain?
How about if I use free (sub)domain co.cc?
Or I use free hosting like .byethost.com, .iblogger.org, etc

Thx..

snowwhite already made a comment to co.cc domains... not recommendable for spam domains, they have an eye on the domains and will probably ban you
Just for the question if co.cc gives u a pr boost - I doubt that, since the subdomains point to different IPs..., otherwise you would have a high pr after the next update, nah, cannot be, can it?

Google is smart and it can now detect se-bombs to artificially inflate links. Like the one where a term like "loser" is attached by 100000s of bloggers with a particular page.

Similarly, it can discount all spam links by discounting the spam pages.

But yes there are ways which can hurt your competition. Many companies are selling such services.
