Hey all,

Decided to give back to the forum after years of looking around.

I’ve been in the OFM game for 2 years, and I know a thing or 2 about how to make it work. Ask me anything! ;)

(For the mods: I hope I put this in the right BHW section)

How much money i need to start ? how much money take the models ? photograph ?
Could you tell us more about the business

You won’t need much to start. You also won’t need much knowledge to start.

One crucial aspect is getting a model that is loyal, works hard, and trusts the process.

Try starting with organic short form content to gain traffic. TikTok, Instagram Reels, YT shorts. This doesn’t need to be complicated.

As for how much money you’d ask from the model: totally depending on the situation, the model, your skills, and your costs. I usually go for 50-70% for the agency.

There is so much difference between the pandemic time and now, because as I hear, many people are now interested in this business, and competition is increasing day by day.
At that time, it was possible to earn 5-6 figure money with simple methods, especially with good marketing work on Reddit. So, if we were to start again from scratch now, how difficult would this business be? How much has the market changed?

The market changed a lot. It’s just like dropshipping. Eventually, the guys that started early in the easy days, will be the ones throwing cash and employees at it to make it work.

You just got to have the right methods, the right logistics, the right models, and also a bit of luck, if I’m being honest.

Try working out a niche, instead of trying to be the biggest. You can go from 0-100 in a month. Start small, scale up, learn, and work as hard as you can ;)

is it still profitable? how much do you notice the market saturation compared to when you started?

Saturation will always be a thing. Of course, it’s still profitable, but it will get harder and harder.

Unfortunately, this happens to all business models. Once the gurus start talking, and people start flexing, it attracts a lot of people.

But fortunately, all of these people will most likely try to figure out the OFM game with the same methods as the rest.

This is why building your own strategy is so crucial. You just can’t replicate a formula that worked 9 months back.

currently stuck at 5-10 subs a day with short form content on the casual platforms..how should I scale the thing up?

Short form is powerful. Try increasing the quality of your content, optimising your funnel, and optimising your OF profile.

Only after you’ve been able to get 50 paid subs daily from a traffic source, add new sources. At least, in my opinion.

Try running more accounts, repurposing your content. Try cloaking a direct link to OF that automatically opens an external browser.

This should already be able to get your to 50 subs a day

Thanks for your reply, i always wonder what peoples their own definition of strategy is? Is it just the branding/niche/style of promotion or more which platforms and picking higher quality or more spammy ways? Or everything

What’s the value of good looking Asian models?

I am currently focused on too many other businesses but follow this business model for a while by joining some telegram groups/follow YouTube channels, reading blogs etc. From what I understand it’s not real special to have easy access to good looking models with good work mindset?

It really depends on the agency to be honest. There’s agencies that are preaching blackhat is the only way, and also agencies that are saying organic marketing is the only way to make it work.

But strategy would include everything. Picking a niche, getting the right tools, the right posting times, algorithm manipulation, etc. Of course, this all depends on what traffic source you’re doing.

I’d actually argue it’s one of the key aspects of actually being able to make money with OFM. If you don’t have the right models, you won’t be able to succeed. At least in most cases.

That being said, you won’t be the only one that has good looking models that work hard. It is not a cheat code to get rich. You’ll still need to have every other aspect right to make money.

But if you have good models, you’re already way ahead of a lot of people. It might be worth your time to get started
