    Hello Folks,

Here's my inventory of Achievements - I have a few email lists totalling 120,000 subscribers in these niches:
pets, chihuahuas, resumes, bookkeeping, offline marketing, selling fiverr accounts

My main expertise is in offline-online marketing & consulting which works hand-in-hand with my day job.
I built a business model of Marketing & Financial Consulting as a package to local businesses.

    * family law attorney reach 1st in google for 3 local keywords and 30 sub-niches.
    * a local Thai restaurant stay in business and triple their current receipts. They are now expanding with a 2nd location.
    * 3 dentists are currently enrolled in my coaching program for increasing business and blogging about their industry

    ________________________________________________________________________

I can answer questions in these arenas and perhaps a few questions about PayPal, Hosting, Domains and WordPress

After 120K subs and you still need a day job? Bullshit meter going sky high. Sorry second time isn't the charm!

I must have missed that thread. Op if you really have a 120k list, you should be set for life.

Who says I "need" a day job - I found a way to combine the two things that I enjoy doing.

So you love flipping burgers for 10/hr then going home, sending one email to your "120k" list and making $1,000 in a few hours? Sounds grand.

Did you use blackhat SE1 or even SE2 to build that list of 120K subscriber? Or was it strictly whitehat SEO?

In your previous thread you said you were an accountant then you said book keeper, which is it?

To become an accountant takes several years of study, anybody can become a book-keeper in a month.

Totally missed this thread somehow. If anyone missed the initial thread, here is the archived version:

    http://webcache.googleusercontent.c...tor-those-need.html+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us

Let me put my two cents in, here.

I'm an accountant, not a bookkeeper. As in, I have a four-year degree in Accounting from an accredited post-secondary university in which I attended all four years in-person and on-campus.

I also have a full-time job working in an office doing something completely unrelated to my degree and initial field of business.

I also run a successful online reputation management firm to supplement my current full-time income. Do I want to do this full-time? Yeah, that'd be great, but:

    a) I enjoy the social interaction I get from working with others one-on-one.
    b) The benefits are pretty awesome.
    c) It's great padding to the resume.
    d) I have a wife still in school to be a doctor, so making enough money to happily support us both and pay down med school debts is priority one.

Questions I have for you, as we appear to come from similar veins:

    1) Are you an accountant or a bookkeeper? There's a massive difference.

    2) If you do "consulting", why do you feel the need for a Fiverr gig?

    3) If you do "consulting" and "bookkeeping", why do you drive for Uber as you make it sound on your site: https://stephysride.wordpress.com/2015/11/02/how-was-your-driver-keep-drivers-honest/?

    4) What kind of spam email lists were you going for with your repossessed website? http://webcache.googleusercontent.c...0J:stephysride.com/+&cd=6&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us

With what I have seen thus far, it seems like you could use some brushing up yourself on Hosting, Domains, and Wordpress...
