Even I'm waiting for that guide eagerly
Going through all your threads looking for the link is discouraging. I wish you could remember the particular thread or likely two threads i would have gone through it.
I definitely remember making a reference to it and mentioning it. Maybe do a search and sort it to most recent, the video I looked at is probably 2 years old.
Hi. I'm selling digital downloads on Etsy, and I have site with similar items. I use Tailwind to promote my stuf on Pinterest. I wanna to ask you what you think is it god idea to promote Shopify store with Tailwind on pinterest. Thank you.
Yes. I promote lots of shopify stores on Pinterest using Tailwind. you can download their Chrome extension, it makes things much faster.
Game rules has been changed a bit. Now product update (for 20 cents) doesn't work well like before.
Marmalead scream about long tail keywords like main ranking factor, but where to find this keywords?
William, could you comment it, please?
Renewing a product does not work like it used to but it does still work, so depending on what you sell it can still be effective. What do you mean where to find this, do you mean long tail keywords? That just means keywords with more than one word so that you can target your audience better. Instead of including a tag that is just the word "Shoes" you could include "black running shoes" to be more specific. That would be considered a long tail keyword. Is that what you were asking?
I mean it seems Etsy ranking factors are changed. I'm trying to achieve high score in Marmalade but organic listing traffic getting lower and lower! I don't know whats else to do.
Don't put much faith in marmalade. Common sense will give you better results. I have seen shops go with suggestions from them and lose 90% of their traffic over night. There is a whole sub section of the forums dedicated to how shit they are lol.
Hello, thank you for your explanations. I wish to open an Etsy shop of leather handbag. I have some questions to ask you:
1 - What is the best solution to send products to customers?
2 - How many products should I put in my shop?
3 - You use a sales tunell (landing page, ...)
4 - Do you have a strategy that you use and which stp?
1) The best solution for me might not be the best for you. it all depends on what you are shipping and where you are shipping from
2) You can put as many as you want but i would try for a minimum of 100 if you want a well established looking shop.
3) No I just have the products listed on Etsy and the listing page is the landing page
4) Not sure what you are asking?
Thanks for giving back to the community i just started with etsy like 5 days ago im doing POD for that im uploading 5 designs a day and optimizing them i recently got a sale but it wasnt from any of my shirts it was just from a random item i put on the store. my question is how much do you charge for shipping or you offer free shipping ? also whats your experience with POD i dont have a niche im just doing motivational qoutes designs im not sure if that a good start any advice i will really appreciated it
My pleasure. I too recently started two Etsy POD shops, they are still in the development stage but we have had a few organic sales even though the shops look brand new. It sounds like you are going the same route as us with quotes and easy to get started designs to begin with, movie quotes, viral meme's also might do well. I have not tested it yet myself but I see other shops doing well with it. When it comes to shipping I only ever charge what it costs so that people know they are getting a good deal and chose my shop over others. Free shipping is never free and people know that. They will always look for the best deal for price +shipping. I typically just charge what it costs me to ship and I don't add in any processing fees. I only ever offer free shipping on large orders or spend x amount and you get free shipping etc.
Thank you for your answer
I want to buy a camera to take pictures of the products. Which one do you advise me to buy?
Interesting thanks for the reply, by the way, do you use marmalade and etsyrank to optimize your listings? ill keep testing and any questions ill consult with you if that's not a problem for you
This is the one I use "Canon EOS Rebel T3 Digital SLR Camera"
You could get a better one or find a cheaper option. if you intend to take closeups of small items just make sure it has a macro function
No I don't use them. I have seen some horror stories about marmalade but that said I have not used it so I can't comment. I'm always happy to answer posts in the threads when I get a chance.
What do you think about the Canon EOS Rebel T6 Digital SLR Camera with 18-55mm EF-S f/3.5-5.6 is II Lens on Amazon?
I'm sure that will work just fine.
