I am trying to figure out a way to make things as automated as possibly and still add a decent amount of seo to the post.

I use all in one seo plugin, but I believe that this affects all posts equally.

I would like to be able to some how add h1 tags and a auto bold targetted keywords... As well as add these keywords to the title, tags and urls of these post automatically.

Yes I might be on crack thinking this can happen so easily. :)

I don't know of any plugin doing that, but it shouldn't be very difficult to be coded, maybe you can hire someone for the job

I know you can do it with Thesis theme, by adding in the right hooks to the custom file.

I find the best thing for auto blogs is to not worry about SEO just find other ways of forcing traffic (facebook/twitter/stumble etc) easily get 200 unique's a day and find your self ranking for some lovely long tail keywords without meaning to. Then its just a matter of scaling. I guess if you seriously wanted to rank for a keyword you could pay some article writer a couple of dollars every day for 1-2 keyword rich articles. That'd work a treat
